Microblading is a semi-permanent make-up technique by which realistic look of eyebrows is created. By using a slim blade, pigment is applied under the basal membrane, which separates the epidermis from dermis. Each stroke is created on the place where hair is missing. Color of the microbladed eyebrows is harmonized with the hair, skin and facial structure of the client, all of which contribute to a 100% natural eyebrow look.

How long the treatment will last cannot be exactly determined. This depends on the eyebrow thickness, skin type, as well as on the work speed of the artist. Will it hurt? It shouldn’t be painful. The client can only feel slightly uncomfortable while the blade goes over the skin. After the first stroke, blood spots will appear across the eyebrow, which is the sign that depth is correct.

New eyebrows are 50% darker and 15-20% denser. In a seven-day span, the color will fade and eyebrows will appear more natural, but the end result will be visible only after correction.

Correction is usually done 3-4 weeks after the initial treatment. How long pigment will stay in the skin after the first treatment depends on the skin type, the depth on which hairstrokes have been created and a pigment that has been used. Correction is done only over the faded parts of the eyebrow.

Microblading is a very precise and artistic method. It originates from the tattoo but differs from it by its sophistication of the apparatus and technique, pigment, depth on which the pigment is applied in the skin, and by the look itself. It’s completely natural and the difference between natural eyebrow hairs and produced strokes is almost indistinguishable.

Created strokes don’t diffuse under the skin, they stay in the form of a hair, and that’s what makes this method unique.
